Central Road Fund

Central Road Fund (CRF) is a 100% Centrally Sponsored Scheme for which finds are being providing from the accruals of the cess on sale of petrol and diesel. the primary focus is on development of major State Roads & Bridges including projects of Inter State Connectivity and Economic Importance. The funding under CRF is made by Ministry of Road transport & Highways, Govt of India.

Since its inception, 297 projects at an estimated cost Rs 4309.25 Crore have been sanctioned Rs. 1166.85 Crore stands have been utilized ending 03/2018 and 76 schemes stands completed.
